Dave and his crew came last Friday to take down 3 trees; one of which was a huge pine tree , prune 2 trees and cable 1 of those trees. They were meticulous in their work. They cleaned up areas, blowing leaves beyond my expectations. Some of the crew came back this Monday morning to pick up the large stumps left near my driveway. When they arrived, my daughter was heading our to work. As she started the car, it wasn't turning over. We think the headlights were left on overnight. Before she could get out of the car, the guys came over to her and jumped the car for her. Such gentlemen, all of them. I will definitely use their service again. Thank-you Dave and crew!

Southbury Tree Service just completed the take down and removal of 5 trees on my property. The crew was awesome. They were very professional and accommodating. They work neat and organized. Which is something for this industry. As such we are sure to call them again for our next tree removal project.

Dave offered a solution to a complicated problem, and explained it well to us. He is knowledgeable, but listens and cares. The actual tree work was prompt and thorough, within our budget.

We needed fallen trees removed along with brush removal, tree pruning and large trees removed. It was a big job. Dave was the best! He met me to asses the damage , he was knowledgeable and personable. Throughout this project he communicated so well. We were never left in the dark. I appreciated that. Their work is fast, they are detail oriented, and they clean up. I don't know how they do it, but they do it well. I will call them again.Please know you get what you pay for. We previously hired another company to do this job, they removed a tree then left all the storm damage. Dave is an arborist and working with Ben they have the equipment and team to do the job.

Dave and his crew did a great job of removing a large compromised beech that was a threat to our home. We also had our hemlocks treated for Adelgid. This was our second time using Southbury for tree work after having a tree hit our house last year. They are very careful and methodical and cleaned up the property nicely. We’ll be using them again for work in the future.

Earlier this week, Southbury Tree Service finished a 2.5 day project removing 15+ large decaying/dying beechwood trees from our property. From the onset, Dave walked our property, assessed which of the trees were most at risk, and provided us with several options for us to consider during the proposal/quote process. His knowledge as a certified arborist helped us understand some of the underlying issues with the trees and how his proposed course of action would help address our concerns. The team was very professional and there was a clear line of communication each day from Dave regarding the start/finish of their day and operations. I received texts/calls informing me of what was in scope for the day and another at the end of day to inquire about our satisfaction at that point in the process. This goes along way in my opinion. We were also impressed with the sophisticated equipment and the way the operators so seamlessly/safely removed the large trees and meticulously cleaned up the debris. I would highly recommend Ben and his Southbury Tree Service team!!!

Southbury tree service came to hang our Christmas lights and then we had a situation with the garbage truck damaging them and they came out in frigid temps right before Christmas and got us up and running again at no charge merry Christmas Southbury Tree Company thank you so much you guys are awesome!!!!!
